Shipping

All online purchases will be delivered to your specified address through an appointed courier service.

All online purchases will carry a courier fee as determined at checkout, provided the address and postal code is within our designated service delivery areas.

To ensure correct delivery, a physical street address and accurate corresponding postal code must be provided as the delivery address at checkout. Once your order and payment is received your delivery address and postal code will be verified and additional delivery fees will be applied if necessary. Should this occur you will be contacted and your order held until additional payment is received.

All online purchases will be dispatched after your physical address and postal code has been verified and your full payment received.

Should we not have sufficient stock at the time of your online purchase please contact us on info@manlymanstore.co.za and we will advise if further stock can be supplied.

Please allow for up to 2-4 working days for delivery to your specified physical address.

Returns

Our goal is to provide super high-quality products that are great for you. We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your products, but if not, we will accept any product for a return or exchange, as long as it is at least half full and received within 5 days of initial purchase. We will provide return labels only for Domestic orders at this time.

If you would like to return your product, please send an email to: info@manlymanstore.co.za with your order number and/or the email you ordered it with and we will initiate the return.
